A rather cool effect, hence the name *wink, wink*

1. Load Photoshop.  Make sure the foreground color is set to white.  Click on the Type Tool (Or press 'T'), click once on your document and enter your text (yes, I know it doesn't show against the white background).

2. Now go to (Layer, Layer Style) and choose the Outer Glow style.  Click once on the yellow box and change the color to black.

3. Change the Blend Mode to Normal, the Opacity to 85% and the Size to 4.  Click OK and you're done!
