faisal, no offence but i suggest you chose one thing and stick to it, so far ive seen you want to use or learn javascript, asp and flash , youll never get anywhere if you dont select one to begin with , starting at html if you do not know it.

i want to learn every thing because here in pakistan selection criteria is that applicant must have knowledge of each language.

in that case i can only suggest starting with basics, e.g html and work your way up, although i dont understand how they would request this criteria as say for example flash is more creativity rather than serious asp coding 2 different things, unless they mean avtionscript which is still a bit on the creativity side.
