I think Dali is the one who once went into a furnace to see how the heat affected the oil on the canvas. His 'Surrealism' painting is very inspirational.

Hes a spanish artist that is well known for Surrealism.

Have you seen the picture with the watches melting on trees and on the ground ? Thats Dali's work , its pretty creepy stuff.
