Anyone know where to order it from (other than eBay)? I've looked on a number of websites and don't see it up for preorder.

It's already been released. I have a copy. Also, the collectors edition is the xbox version and the premium pack is the PS2 version. EBGames got the scorpion cover, Gamestop got the Baraka cover, Wal-Mart got Raiden, and everywhere else got Mileena. But you can still try EBgames.com and Gamestop.com

Thanks, I'll check out those sites. Unfortunately for us, the PAL version will be out on November 19.
