This is a list of features that are planned for the gallery before v1.0. At the moment, I'm thinking close to a quarter of them, if not more, will appear in v0.6.

+ Ability to specify exactly what to show below thumbnails. (i.e., date added, description, view count...) [ New in v0.7 ]
+ Batch deleting. [ New in v0.6 ]
+ Show current rating on picture details page. Some browsers may not show tooltips/alt tags. [ New in v0.6 ]
+ Ability to edit/delete picture in pic_details.php too. [ New in v0.6 ]

+ Reorder pictures in a batch sequence

v0.8.2 feature list:

- Mapping categories to the file structure
- Allow the user to choose the gallery's language
- Allow the admin to edit users' profiles
- Allow users to request their activation email to be resent
- Security code (captcha) in register.php

may be allow usergroups & differnt permissions setting feature for differnt user groups.

how about having watermarks feature & multiple upload may be even zip upload so tht the gallery unzips itself & uploads the pictures. Some galleries provide tht feature.

There's a watermark feature in v0.9 DEV, which is somewhat limited, but still usable. The other suggestion is quite interesting. I'll add it to the user requests thread.

how about an option to show the registerd users & newly registered user, in index.php or not.

how about adding mass edit filenames or keywords Menalto Gallery has a similar feature.

Great idea. I've noted it down for possible inclusion in an upcoming release. I'm going to be relatively free starting in September, so expect things to move quickly from then on.
