just got a quote on repacking the battery for my old dell notebook.... and some advice from the battery man...after all these years of using cellular phones i think we should all know this (it turns out that i didnt)

it has been suggested to me that a notebook should be used on ac only unless transporting as this will increase the battery life...also the battery should be run down completely whenever possible so as to decrease the memory effect.

news to me but i know ill be doing as im told from now on
