I'm trying to put the Textual Tooltip 2 script (Aascripter 2.0)at a page, but the tooltip doesn't disapears when I move the mouse away.
I can't send any URL because this page is on my PC, using PWS, and not yet at a server. The code is in the attached file.

I scanned through your code and everything seems to be in place.  Have you tried comparing your code to the sample page at: http://www.cyberiapc.com/aascripter/samples/Links/sub15.htm

It would help if I could see a working version of your web page.

Yes, I tried comparing the code with the sample page (I also used copy and paste). The tooltip appears when I mouseover, changes color when the mouse is out, but doesn't disappear.

I think you'll get a better response from the script's author (contact info is in the script's header) than you will from me.  It might be a bug where the script is conflicting with another script on the same page.  I'll try to think of other possibilities in the meantime.

I contacted the script's author and found that it was a small stupid problem. On mouse out color was changing to White and the page backgroud was Grey. As simple as that.
